At Star Sweat, LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, and items must be shipped back to us to qualify for a refund.
This policy applies to items purchased directly from our Site and excludes certain products that cannot be returned, as outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received.
- Unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Original tags must be intact.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
- We will issue a full refund for up to three (3) cases of Star Sweat per order.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@starsweat.life to request a return.
- Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
- Ship items within 14 days of receiving the return authorization to qualify for a refund.
Please note:
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Returns received after the allowable timeframe may be rejected or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your items carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@starsweat.life. We will evaluate the situation and make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, including providing replacement items or issuing refunds when appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about whether your specific item is eligible for a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item and place a separate purchase order for the desired item. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and you can proceed with your new purchase.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please be aware that the processing time for the refund may vary based on your financial institution or credit card provider.
Note: We do not refund any initial shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. If you do not see the refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further information.
Items Lost in Return Shipment
Star Sweat, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
